The IX Web Hosting salesperson even told me that deicated IP’s are Class C IP addreesses. For those of you who don’t realize it, dedicated IPs are much more advantageous for search engine ranking than a shared IP. Also, if you plan on having an ecommerce site with an online store and SSL certifucate, you definitely will need a dedicated IP adresss
